The process is time consuming. Also, write to the owner of the store. Sometimes, its easier to let things go, especially as time passes. Its best to act now, while you're still upset otherwise you won't do anything at all.-my opinion-angelle

That's horrible!
I've never even heard of the place, actually. But if I had, I wouldn't shop there.
