No, no, no My George is not fat. He loves to eat and likes my cooking but actually except for the desserts my food is not high fat, or fried, or any way negative. I steam vegetables. duh! Ya know! I would love to do breakfast for you. I will do you  I would make you 'Eggs Yum Johna', they are huge biscuits about the size of a dessert plate, on that is thin slices of roast beef, poached egg, sliced tomato, and topped with four cheese sauce, and garnished with chopped scallions and jalapeños. Good breakfast. All de-calorized of course.

Make plans to travel South. I would love to have you for dinner. We would talk all night. Be blessed.

Oh my! These dinners of yours sound fabulous!
When you've rejuvenated yourself, you can invite me for dinner!  (Although, sadly, I have no plans to travel south, so you're off the hook . . . .)

You just have to decalorize the food. I don't know how to do that but it would work wouldn't it? I am sorry! I simply love to cook.

Well thank you!
Just when my diet was going so well, you've gone and made me hungry... :)

We had a catering business for a while. I made up a cake and we sold so many of them one woman said oh it's that lady George. So we called it that. It is wonderful. Usually we do it in six layers like a torte. It is butter pecan batter, pecan and cocoanut filling and white chocolate and cream cheese frosting with drizzled carmel over it. Very rich. We have found for a crowd we bake it in a sheet pan and it serves more and they love it. You are welcome anytime sweetie.

I need a week's notice before you come to dinner. That is the only requirement and don't be too picky about what you like and what you don't
