According to the Holy Scriptures in the Bible, Ala has put His law on all of our hearts. Mankind in any culture and language has an inherint knowlege of right and wrong. Think of the ten commandments.... there isn't a people group in the world who doesn't know them, if not literally....they do intuitively.
