Very good point, MG. According to several sources, the Iraqi
infrastructure is still seriously disabled.  There is power in Baghdad for only several hours a day.  Oil production is inconsistent.  I am sure there are plenty of people from the coalition forces and Haliburton in Iraq who can help restore electricity and rebuild pump stations for potable water, but it's kind of hard to work in an environment where people are kidnapped daily, executed bodies are found in public trash heaps, and the heads of the more unfortunate are found in crates.  Beleive me, your boss unintentionally putting his hand on your shoulder while overlooking your work performance in your cubicle isn't a hostile work environment.  Iraq is.
