How right you are!  I always love seeing your insightful, encouraging and thoughtful comments.  I too, am very strengthened and encouraged by beginning each day in prayer and listening to Alistair Begg's talks as my quiet time.

By the way, do you mind if I email you a private prayer request?  It is too personal and difficult to share in my comments section.  I still have your email address from Christmas.

MandaLee, Using the mind to know The Bible and through its truths to know God is one of Alistair Begg's teachings to which I ascribe.   Mostly, as humans with human egos, we think that with great thinking and reason we don't need God.   But, it is only in God's guidance of our minds that we can realize our full potential.
