Factor it is difficult to get the thyroid right again after it takes a dive

It seems I have changed meds value so many times and the thyroid just appears to adjust. I was always a high strung person, tiny and always on the go... The thyroid went and it is difficult to move. This patch is made of natural herbs etc., and is supposed to give the metabolism a boost and get me going again not like speed just the pick up I need. I think there is a difference in that I do not tire so easily, and I am not hungry constantly. The differences are subtle we will see. I will let you know.

Dark Thoughts my feelings exactly. I have never dieted or done any of those

things because I have seen so much sadness because of failure. I was tiny all my life until a few things began happening in my life. I am doing other things to help in my general wellness. This is not just a weight loss situation but a metabolism booster which is the problem with the thyroid problem. I take medication but it soon adjusts. This is all natural too and that I am happy about. I will let you know if it does these things it should.

Good luck with that patch...I'm so skeptical of anything that promises easy weight loss anymore, but I'd love to see it work.

I have a friend who is going through thyroid problems now...

I wonder if she tried the patch thing yet?

Maybe you could offer to wear wristbands, a headband and sweats for your husband...would he rather be seen with an "old lady exercise freak?"

Passionflower it will help. That is my problem a thyroid that gave out.

I was really thin all my life until Minni came to pause and I began to change, then I was too tired to exercise.. blah and blah...

This stimulates the thyroid but you can't do it if you have low blood pressure. I have high so it helps to lower that and it is all natural herbs etc.,

Wow! I haven't heard of this before.

Sadly, I don't over-eat. I just have poor metabolism and a thyroid that don't work. My mother was a tall, skinny red-head. My father was a short, chunky Italian-type. Guess whose genes I got?

So, I've fought a weight problem all my life. I never over-eat and exercise every day. It seems to do no good at all. I wish there were really a cure for this.

Well, good luck with your patch. I do think you should add some exercise. Even if its very moderate, exercise is good for you.

Jacenta yes it is for real. My doctor assures me it is safe and for some

it works others it does not. It has curbed my appetite already. I had problems with blood pressure that were giving me trouble exercising, I eat well but was not losing hopefully this will work. Thanks for reading.
