Ugh is right. I hope I never run into "burp"-ing phone guy. That's just gross. As for the MVD (I can't help but reeverse the letters, cause in WA state, we call it the DMV), that's always a fun time: might as well pull up a chair and stay awhile, maybe take up crocheting and see how far you can get on an afghan. After all, they are governemnt workers, they're not actually worried about "customer service".

I guess I'm in the minority ...
since my time spent at the DMV has actually always been rather painless. Which is odd, seeing as I possess a very limited quantity of patience.
