It's just any little electric heater. That's what we call them around here.

FLIGHTPATH Thanks for the tip. I will do that. It doesn't have to
get very cold for us to be feeling it.

48 degrees there?!! ...sounds like a heat wave. Today's 30s temp here felt nice and warm, too. When it's really cold and the house heat's turned up, the best thing to do is humidify - far more comfortable than dry air. I often simmer a pot of water with mint leaves.

Jane's great idea~~I'll go right now and brew a cup of tea.
I make a great red tea with hibiscus flowers and lots of citrus peel it is good and it is warming. I have to be reminded to drink tea, I am a coffee person, but right now it seems perfect. So we'll have a cup together.

Ha! My dear Justsouno, I'm laughing at you!!!!

Can't tolerate the cold, eh?  Truth be told, when winter hits, it takes me a good week or so to warm up.  It's like my blood has to thicken some before I am comfortable.  And then, all winter, I live in my wonderful Lands End fleece jacket.  I have two, one with a hood and one without.  The one without the hood is wearing thin I've worn it so much and I fear it has seen its last winter.

But then, there are times that I am still cold in spite of my cozy fleece.  Which is when I start moving -- wash dishes, cook, do laundry or house cleaning, etc -- or I begin drinking hot tea.  Which is what I need to do right now cuz I'm COLD!
