...never seems to change...
...it always brings to my mind the final scenes in the classic film 'Lawrence of Arabia,' where the various leaders are all arguing over trifling matters... and no one can seem to get the water or electricity on... and there is no other recourse but for the British army to take over... and here we are today... the various sects still arguing... and can't get the water and electricity going... will it ever change? M.
