Nanaroo, what you speek of has already gone into production.
Yesterday, I met a great guy who has a lovely beagle while picking up dog shit. He said that he didn't have a wallet on him, but I asked if he could help with publicity. He said he would and today he gave me the phone number of a reporter on a local paper who wants to get in touch with me. I checked her out and she does these animal/people/parks pieces. I left a message on her machine to get in touch via email, my phone has been cut off.
Hopefully things will coagulate. You are right though, that picking up shit won't get me shit!
I now have ten hours in and this requires more PR so as the ball will begin to roll.
