I have missed that little tidbit. I think they are still running that stupid thing. I'll keep an eye out for it.
Can they possibly be serious? I suppose if they didn't put that in some idiot would do it just so he could sue them. You know an attorney would grab a case like that. The idiot who did it could jump with a cup of hot MacDonalds coffee and file two suits at the same time. Then they could jump in the truck, drive really fast for the hospital, blow a tire, and sue Firestone. And the Navajos; if they gave permission to use the reservation he could sue them. They get all of their money from the Feds, so he would be dipping into the bottomless pockets of the Federal Government. If he ran them short, they could just raise taxes.

You left out the best part! Watch closely next time you see it ... at the end, there is actually a warning that states, "professional stunt man, do not attempt".
Now, I don't think I need to explain the (unintentional) humor in that statement.
