There is little doubt in my mind, DamonLeigh, that acts such as that
caught on film happen more frequently than we'll ever know, just out of the camera's eye.  Given the constant stress those soldiers are under, what with insurgent bombings and killings and such, I'm surprised there haven't been more of these incidents reported, even if they're not taped.  As for your worries of brutes being put on the street once their part in the war is over -- don't worry.  Be on the lookout more for a rise in post-traumatic stress disorder cases, social detachment, homelessness, psychoses and mental disorders brought on by the stress of battle and constant vigilence in the field.  These were and are common among the Vietnam vets in the U.S., who fought under a similar stressful circumstances.

Yes...
...that video was shocking, and pretty embarassing for us, who tend to hold ourselves over and above the Americans.

On the other hand, train young, testosterone-filled guys to kill, then that's what they'll do. What worries me is when (if?) this is all over, we'll have a lot of brutalized people being turned loose on our streets. Then what?
