Airports don't bother me since I'm fascinated by people watching and can comfortably sit for an hour or two and watch people go by. I've only been stuck at an airport for a long time when I was in Hawaii and even that wasn't the worst thing that could happen. Honolulu airport is open air with a garden in the center so it's like sitting in a park.

I had a few moments in Ireland worth telling about so stay tuned

Ginnieb

I'm putting my thoughts together for a blog about my adventures in Ireland. I'll post it just as soon as I've satiated my withdrawl symptoms for Timmy's coffee. I sit now with pot in hand .

I'm not sure what it is about the UK and Ireland but the coffee is AWFUL ! Horror of horrors, I actually drank tea there !

You have reminded me of that part of travelling I like least. Waiting around in airports and going through all the checks. Look forward to more perky posts from you.

Ah Diva!
Back from an adventure??  Going to blog aboot it?  I'm always amazed at how kindly the Canadian immigration officials are....but have thought that about the ones at Heathrow as well.  They've always been very polite!  In TO I'm often asked what the heck I'm doing living in the USA!  It's cute and harmless but almost always coming back into the States I'm treated like a criminal.   Ah well...at least my country still likes me!  Hehe!

Thank you lovelyladymonk !
It's great to be home, although I do miss the Irish folks with their sweet way of talking.
