You can find a detailed explanation of how the Referrals program works on the Blogit Help page on this topic located here:

In short, if your friends click on one of the links you provide them -- that are available to you from your Referrals page -- and become new Blogit members for the minimum period of time required (as detailed on the Help page), then you will receive the Referral reward of $20. The reward is credited to your earnings balance once the above requirements are met.
This is a great way to promote your blogs and Blogit, and earn additional income as a member.
