That sucks, her stirring up the drama when this should be all about you and Carl. Period. However, it sounds like you have a good handle on it. I hope when he gets back, there'll be no reason at all for her to be involved in your lives. Besides, she's being cruel to his ex to even bring up the subject. let those old feelings alone.

Idiot woman is a person that is supposed to be the main person for the families of this unit to go to. She is the head of the family group and in the past has over stepped her boundaries where Carl and his ex are concerned. This stunt was basically done to spite me and well...she did it up good this time.

I don't know who Idiot Woman is (if she's a family member or not), but that is so toxic, to keep stiring up the pot like that, but I'd say: do it (file the criminal charges) if that's what it takes for her to get the message. Keep that smile going!
