I truly admire all that you do, I can't imagine the load you carry on your shoulders when your wife is away. Thank you.

Wanted to drop by to thank you for your visit -- and was very glad I did. You should keep blogging and tell us what it's like after Carl gets home. I'd like to know!

Your blog title should remain. I take it that you will stil be bringinin us news from the homefront; yours that is. You have shared stories of you and Carl here as well as others from family and friends. Why change all of that? Besides, if you change the name of your blog, I'll get lost.

The material you've written about your life could be compiled into a pretty
darn good book. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving your husband the freedom to serve. I've seen marriages break up over the refusal of one spouse to let the other serve.
My wife was deployed before the Iraq war started but came home early because the U.S. never constructed bases in Turkey to launch an assault on Iraq. But even in that time I gave her all the freedom and encouragement she needed to be successful. It made her job easier even though my job at home raising a two year old and a 7 year old, while trying to be a good high school teacher was tough.
I want to thank you for being a family that protects the freedoms and liberties of Americans. We would not have a country if it weren't for your courage, will and sacrifice.
Cheers!

Now, MW, it wasn't my intent to start anything...lol
It's just that I've only known you since Carl has been in Iraq and that has been your main subject, and a very good subject. I thoroughly enjoyed your writing about him and how you were getting on with him gone. It has all been very amuzing and exciting. I caught every moment of it once I found it was there and it's been great. I was just curious as to how you would keep us entertained now that you've gonna have him home fulltime. You can't just disappear from my screen and leave my imagination running on overtime. Can ya? hahaha
You know I've enjoyed you since day one and I'll continue to. I'm happy for you that you will have him home and safe. Last year, March 04, remember I was waiting for my son's return from Iraq and it's just so wonderful to know you're getting them back healthy and whole. We're so fortunate!
I'll continue to read whatever you choose to write about bacause I know is will be quality and entertaining. Take care and God bless!

MilitaryWife...You better not be writing when Carl gets home, PERIOD!

Enjoy his homecoming, catch up, re-identify with one another and the routine of daily, civilian living. I don't want to hear from you for a long time...and I mean that most kindly. I'm so very excited for you! Blessing to ya!!!!!!!
