Maybe you should get a supply of bottle rockets to shoot at their children when they begin crying too loud and annoying YOU. lol As you know I'm a doglover, you probably know what I feel about shooting fireworks at defenseless animals.

Been there done that, I made the report and called animal control, had it logged into our record. Had a talk with the other neighbors yesterday and told them all that if the dogs are annoying them to call me and I will kennel them up. Bad thing of it is, the guy who did this is a full time reverend at one of the local churches.

Look up animal police or animal control and keep calling the cops and makeing reports. and dont forget keep taking pictures of everything he does when he does it. pictures are louder then words. catch him in the act also with a cam corder cause if he lies you have it on tap. i would move the hay just incase . n the next time the kids have a party call the police the more u have on them the bigger the fine n remember keep everything. if all else fails take them to court.

Yep...
We don't get to choose our in-laws and we don't get to choose our neighbours. Sometimes it's a real crapshoot. Sounds like you rolled snake eyes with your neighbours. Anybody who deliberately harms an animal, or tries to, is dirt in my eyes. Fire a 40-ounce bottle rocket at him for me, too....

Bottle rockets...
Anyone who would shoot bottle rockets at dogs deserves to be prosecuted for cruelty to animals, and possession of illegal fireworks.
