Those are beautiful earrings! I know well the problems you speak of....plus, don't bend over any babies with ones like those....they love making quick grabs for pretty dangly things like that. Not to scare you, but I've seen a couple of women with lobes that have hade earrings ripped right through the lobes...not a pretty sight.

I have a few pieces of jewelry that tend to get in the way. The hard part is deciding if I like it enough to do bodily harm to some people.

I can totally relate to the large earing experience. Thus I wear the smaller ones. Some of the longer ones I wear when I am on a date that I have no intention of doing anything other than a good nite peck!!!

That is exactly why I only wear little earrings! NOT.
Just kidding, but very seldom do I wear any thing larger than the earrings used for piercing and I have three holes in one ear and four in the other. Really!

Shirt that says: "WARNING - Earrings can cause entrapment to the person offering to kiss owner". KISS AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! Personally, I found wearing hoops around puppies and kittens are extremely dangerous for all parties participating.

Perhaps...
just wear the earrings when you know you won't be near a man's face? OR- Wear a shirt that forewarns any males who may be considering closing in what the consequences could be? Just a thought.
