I think I usually read writers in my category (everything else) but I like to look at other bloggers people lists and check out who they're reading, too...since we will typically have the same tastes.

Symphony.....how's it going?
I read a lot of favorites and those who read me back..Sometimes a cool headline will draw me in....I was at one blog, and you were there, too, where the writer was describing about er, ah, a woman giving a man good head..haha...I didn't know how to comment, so I left discreetly...lol...and went to another of her blogs that was a bit tamer. I like to discuss sexual topics but I dress them up with cleaner words, at least I try. If it's too explicit, I blush and walk away...

Sometimes I don't even look at the category. Like you, I go through my favs list first, then if I'm just surfing, I click whatever looks interesting.

Symph, I find the categories don't make too much
sense because many people post any topic at all in whatever category is convenient. But I do avoid religion and politics-- especially posts by intolerant zealots. Good question.

I stopped updating everyday when it got to be too much. If I'm inspired, I'll post more frequently. I read mostly in the writing and journal sections.

I read pretty much anything that grabs my attention,
but mostly, Humor, Poetry, Everything Else, I think thats about it. I tend to stay away from anything political, as its just a lost cause. :D
