I didn't answer your question...very sorry...yes it was cancer...but very early stages (stage 0) to be exact. I had no symptoms, only found out by the smear test...which was frigging lucky...I had to have laser (burnt) treatment...it was not pleasant at all...I will write about it properly one day soon.

I think the word you were looking for concerning your mom is colonoscopy. Anyway, that's what we call it when a doctor runs a camera up into the rectum (butt) and looks at the colon. I was laughing at your description. lol I have that done every five years - it's a pain in the a**!

OMG you aren't kidding that is the short version of things And I thoiught I tended to be succinct. I did not realize you had had cervical cancer that recently. Cancer or Precancerous? And I had to laugh at your mom's procedure...they do cover things up with big medical words don't they?
