I am actually working on it. It's tough to say what I want to say, but am working on it.

I think the parents would welcome such a letter as it would affirm that there were others who cared about her and are saddened by her death. But more importantly it would be a testament of how their daughter's living affected those who she came to know and considered her friends. Thanks MW for reading and commenting on my recent post.

MW--
Yes I'll pray for that family.

I'm sure your heartfelt words would be appreciated, regardless of whether you still have a loved one there or not. It would mean a lot to them to hear that their child was highly regarded by others.

I think it would be a source of comfort to know
that their daughter had an impact on those around her. Write if and when you can think of something to say.

MW,
Write it. Say whatever is in your heart. I can't help but think it would be something her family would cherish forever. You'll be glad you did.

Write the letter
I think it would be a nice idea to write to the woman's family. Just a short note would do, explaining who you are, that your husband thought highly of her, and expressing your deepest hearfelt condolensces. I'm sure they would appreciate the support.
