What a great list!
I am thankful for many of the same things. You should be thankful that you can afford Starbucks! My brother is a manager for Starbucks in Reno, and I always complain to him about their prices.

wow - am i ungrateful or what?
I've not ever really stopped to think of all the things I am truly grateful for! But your list was pretty good.

attitude of gratitude
Hai,

I just read your blog. If only everyone was as grateful; will not God's job become so much easier?

Jokes apart, come to think of it, we have so much to thank for then load our supplications with a laundry list of requests.

You could catch up with my blogs under luckyant. Keep Blogging.

THAT WAS NICE. THANKS FOR THE COMMENT..By the way, debt of gratitude is something to look up to, but when overdone by some people, it will make you throw up.. there are some people who help you when you need it, but expects something in return... and that would cost you a lifetime.. get it?

What a nice nightly routine to have. I often murmur a silent thanks before my eyes close, but haven't listed the reasons why. Maybe I will start.

Well, that is a fine list you have there woman! Sometimes when I start giving thanks for all that I appreciate, I fall asleep before I get through the darn list..

You know
just listing the things you are grateful for makes you feel better. I don't know why but it does.

blackcat--
but which two?

posted by Julia. on August 7, 2005 at 7:56 PM | link to this | reply

Hey, I could fit into two of those categories! ;)

I agree... always appreciate what you have!  Even if every now and then we dwell on what we don't...

I do that, too....it is so much easier to think of all the things I have than all the things I don't ...because they are soooooo much more obvious! I'm glad you have a plenty mentality instead of a scarcity mentality....it makes for a much more pleasant life. I'm about to have some ice cream (and the last of the cobbler I made for myself!)
