Thanks to both of you. He has been gone 8.5 months from home, though I did get 10 days over christmas, he was still in the states so I met him at Fort Dix. He flew out the day after I left.
Hopefully, that means only about another 5 months or so to go...more time behind me that in front of me, that is always good!

i won't pretend to imagine how hard it is..... i could not begin to fathom. and that is a long time. so much happens in a year. how long has he been gone?
