I thoroughly agree with your opinion
I was working at NAS Fallon when they changed the law for soldiers. They were at one time able to drink underage if working for Uncle Sam. They try you as an adult at the age of 18, but your really not of legal age until 21. What a screwed up system we have.

Its a bit weird.
Sure you can kill somebody at 18, but you won't beable to legally wash it down, until your 21.
