Hi roofpig...
I saw your blog here and that's what inspired me to post it rather than email. Blogit did leave me a response. Kind of. I wonder if they will ever really care how we feel as long as they have business?

Dear Blogit Team (again)
Blogit Team,
Now see, this is what I'm talking about. In your earlier response, you said you couldn't discuss someone else's "account." In this response, you've said you can't discuss someone else's "email exchanges." Do you see the difference in clarity between the two? If you had said "email exchanges" in the first response, I would have been fine with that.
Yes, I understand you cannot discuss the email exchanges. However, it doesn't change the fact that they happened and a good majority of people on Blogit know about them. We're awaiting an apology for it.
And if I can't discuss the email exchanges in question, I'll use the exchanges you've had with me from now one, because they've been just as evasive and vague as the others.
As for what you can change, I've been more than explicit on this point. Your "brief description" of the violation - from what I've seen - is less than brief. When a blogger emails you back with a list of questions and receives a one or two line email devoid of clear reasons, something is obviously wrong. I suggest you reevaluate how you communicate with people on this network. I've noticed it, and everyone else has noticed it - your responses sound robotic. Talk to us like human beings. I understand what it's like to be professional, but your communications are ridiculously overboard in that regard.
You're not getting rid of me that easily, Blogit Team. As a paying customer, I deserve respect. I've respected you thus far by presenting valid arguments and not attacking, insulting, or threatening you. Please reciprocate.

Response
roofpig, in your post, you referenced an email exchange between us and another member. For privacy reasons, we can't discuss that exchange with you.
1. We identify the specific post/comment.
2. We provide a brief description of the problem and/or refer to the specific Blogit Conduct policy that was violated.
How specifically would you like this to be changed?
In your response, please don't reference any email exchanges between us and other members, since we can't discuss them.
Thank you.

I could have told you that their reply wasn't going to do anything but rehash the same old things!
Remember, the Blogitstaff are nothing but robots, not living people!

BlogitStaff - I am not discussing anyone's account. I am discussing Blogit's poor customer service tactics. This is an issue that does not deal with one person or one person's account, this has the potential to affect the entire community.
This issue is no longer about reinstating Whammenator. I, as well as a lot of other bloggers, would like to see you apologize to Whammenator at the way your decision was handled (not the decision itself) and we would like reassurance that this will not happen again.

We cannot respond specifically to this since we do not discuss other members' accounts.
As with everything on Blogit, we appreciate feedback and improve processes where needed.
Thank you.

Kramer - this is my community. I pay to be here. I don't think it's too much to ask for some respect when it comes to customer relations. If you're sick of my whining, don't read my posts, or take your own advice and find somewhere else to go.

I think Blogit's too subtle...but I think everyone's too subtle.
I think they ought to stop with the "We're sorry" and just lay it on the line. And they ought to think about a rogue's gallery or some such, because people they have to oust run around telling their sad tale and Blogit just steams on like the QE3.
Blogit membership has to be growing. Maybe they need, unfortuneately, to get a little less worried about the tender little seedling Blogit, and decide where they want this shoulder-high redwood to go.
