It's so hard to know when medical intervention is helping or hurting. Death comes to everyone sooner or later, and sometimes it seems like we try too hard to hang on to our loved ones. On the other hand, I wouldn't want people to think it's okay to ignore anyone that's sick and would die without help.

Guided by God
Whoever on earth makes the "final" decision - it will be whatever God has already decided her "purpose in life" to be. However this unfortunate situation unfolds, believe that the final outcome will be what God (already) has ordained it to be.
