Or sit in a straight chair, so you wake up when you fall over...

I tried this before bed and I fell asleep!
Oops. I know, I should try to find some other part of the day to do it...

Sounds like what you saw was a different light, Pappy--

but that is how energy appears very often. A very interesting event, in any case!

The grounding can be visualized as light, but it can also be imagined as other things, like roots of a tree, or a long cascade of water in the mountains, or a really, really long slinky...  No reason not to have fun with it!  Sometimes I imagine a tall cupof bubbly soda...the soda comes in at the top, and the grounding is a straw stuck  up through the floor of the cup, which lets the soda drain, so it never overflows...  the size of the straw adjusts to match the soda pouring in at the top...

I've seen that column of light, Ciel
It went through the floor and out the cieling of an enormous egg-shaped chamber whose inside walls were covered with scenes like memories of other places and times. A dream, perhaps, but a memory as real as any other and more detailed than most.

If I went to bed much earlier, when would we get to talk?

Hey, that's almost like me! Although I'm up between 9 and 11am mostly, I need only about 5 to 6 hours sleep a night!! VOYAGER9940

Yes, I could enjoy crawling under the covers, but I seem to have gotten
shifted to going to bed around 3-4AM and sleeping until 11- noon!

Okay dear Ciel, I trust you in this! I'll have a go at it, while I'm still awaking a bit! It's 10:38AM here, about 1:38AM for you. Aren't you sleepy ?? VOYAGER9940

I'm sorry to hear that you have a nasty head-cold! But--
Dear V-ger-- If you try it now, when you feel awful, you may be surprised to feel better!  At the least, to sleep better...  !  If you can, just try the first part, the relaxing and saying hello to yourself... getting in touch for just a few minutes,  even while you sit in bed.  It can only help whatever else you are doing for yourself!

Dear Ciel, certainly need to try this one day! Not today because I have a terrible head cold and had thus a very rough night! See you soon! VOYAGER9940
