Actually, I have been to a doctor who specializes in sleep disorders. He's the one who prescribed me the meds. He says I don't have apnea or any of those disorders. My problem is that I think too much. My brain is always running a million miles a minute. That's what keeps me awake.

Have you seen other doctors?
Have you ever had a sleep study. I don't know a whole lot about them, but that my father went to a private clinic that specialized in sleep disorders after years of insomnia and fitful sleeps, and it was very helpful in identifying what really lied behind it. It turned out that he had very mild sleep apnea.

I worry about you.
Jemmie, I know what it is like to face insomnia night after night. Pretty soon you start to live in a grey haze. Nothing is clear. I wish you luck. Maybe you will find the cause of your sleepless nights and erradicate it.
