Mandy, Great post. Interesting point of view. You know it hasn't always been this way. You are too young to remember a lot of the challenges that women faced and survivied. Hey, I feel so bad about the other day. My laptop stopped accessing right after I talked to you. Then I couldn't post or comment for three days. We were out of town. It was worth the wait thought. It gets better the that
I know many women that make a higher salary then many men. It just depends on what you can bring to the table in way of experience.
