The sandwich spead is very good on crackers and Mike makes this killer dilly potato bread that goes well with it too.

Ooo, that sandwich spread sounds great! I like cucumbers, but I usually have to eat them with something else. I really like cutting up cukes and tomatoes and then marinating them in vinegar with some chopped garlic. Bad for the breath, but makes a nice summer dish for barbecues and such!

That sandwich spread sounds divine
I love cucumbers and anything that reminds me of summer. That recipe sounds delicious and I'm gonna give it a shot. I bet it would be great on Melba toast or a small rye bread.
