Well...
If you can find a programmer to help you out, then I'll be the first to say, "I'm envious." If you can't find a programmer, then I'll second your Webmaster and say use FrontPage. I use FrontPage myself and it's not nearly as easy as having somebody write your code for you, but it's not as difficult as, say, fixing your car.
(Importing HTML code from FrontPage to Blogit is not as easy as cutting-and-pasting, but it's not as difficult as, say, running for President.)
