My song is by "Strong Enough" by Sheryl Crow....
I especially like the part where she says:
When I've shown you That I just don't care
When I'm throwing punches in the air
When I'm broken down and I can't stand
Would you be man enough to be my man..
I used to be like this when J and I were first married but he stuck by me and I got over it...

Thank you, my Wiley Pop!!
I need to go find that Willie Nelson song...can't seem to "hear" it in my head. (The other voices are too loud) No, seriously, I dig Willie Nelson, just can't picture the song.

My theme song (as they coined it in the Allie McBeal days) is I'm Still Standing by Elton John... sometimes I hear it in my head at the oddest of times, I guess when I really need it.

Ca88andra, I'd have to agree with the mood thing.
I have particular songs for certain moods!

"I am Woman" sprung to mind. There are a myriad of songs which describe me, depending on what mood I'm in at the time.

Holy crap, Sassy!
Well, maybe it's good she threw them away for her sound mind, at least. I'm not superstitious either, but still. I'm glad you're finally healing up! I added you into one of my bi-monthly healing rituals (the ones I do for my step mom and step grandma and my mom) on Sept 14th and will do the next one on Sept 28th. If you can, light a white candle on the 28th.

I think that its sung by Simply Red
Its called "If You Don't Know Me By Now". My husband claims that it fits me to a tee. By the way, I am feeling much better now. So far, no hives. Just a mild case of allergies just like everyone else. I went through my pics to get those darkened ones for you, but my 22 year old had decided to get rid of them because they scared her. I told her that she shouldn't have thrown them away, but my daughter is highly superstitious. She claims that they scared her to the point of wanting the negative energy out of the house. Her friend from high school died six months ago and his senior pic had black around it also. Thanks for helping me out though.
