Quirk,

Yep, unless its hysterical laughter that is. Now that might not be so good. hee hee shadow

shadow, yes,
laughing is good.

Write about whatever suits your fancy, just keep the mooning to a minimum.

I agree with you

Quirk,

Then maybe the old muse is just undercover and only being a imp if it makes you want to laugh. Works for me. shadow

Scoop,

I know what you mean, it's hard to find the time to read everyone that I really like, every day (+ comment!)

I'm thankful that some of my favorites actually don't post every day, because then I know I won't miss anything!!

posted by Julia. on September 14, 2004 at 9:57 AM | link to this | reply

shadow,
well it was good for a laugh, anyway.

I don't know where I really fall in here, fickle or faithful
I wish I could read everyone here everyday but it is tough to do that and with new writers coming in with new subjects makes it even more impossible. I may read one of my favorites today and not tomorrow, or maybe the subject doesn't interest me, or even the best here may lose me in the first paragraph. And because I don't always comment writers think I don't read them but I will tell you I read more then I comment on, but time is what is hard to find when I am researching my own subject matter to write about, or trying to disprove what someone has written.

Quirk,

Where's my muse? Deserted me again here. The little beastie is a lot better typist than I am. hee hee shadow

Shadow, ROFL, pit = pie!!
That's frickin' hilarious.

Ariala,

Did we say "kissing?"  I thought we were just looking up at it longingly, perched so nicely on the throne.

posted by Julia. on September 14, 2004 at 9:46 AM | link to this | reply

Quirk,

Sorry typo that was suppose to be "pie" not pit. Anyway Sir Mark and his very delicious swimming pool is more interesting in this weather. hee hee shadow

Count me out on the ass kissing Ariala. No offense, I just perfer men's lovely bottoms to yours. hee hee shadow

shadow,
Forget pit? What does this mean?

posted by Julia. on September 14, 2004 at 9:36 AM | link to this | reply

I'm flattered that so many women are kissing my ass.

Klara,
Yes I agree, it's fun to try different types of writing! I use humor writing as an "escape" from the real world problems and issues.

posted by Julia. on September 14, 2004 at 9:30 AM | link to this | reply

I'm still hot. No air conditioning. Forget pit. Where's Sir Mark? He has a fricking swimming pool. shadow

posted by Keshet on September 14, 2004 at 9:14 AM | link to this | reply

I agree totally with this one, Quirks!
I come here to "try on" different writing hats, and see what other "hats" others are wearing. Just like with movies or TV, sometimes I am in the mood to read and write serious posts, and other times I am in the mood for whimsical matter and humor. Depends on the day and my particular mood.

coconut cream...yummy. Banana cream??

Someone wake the Queen so we can get our pie!

posted by Julia. on September 13, 2004 at 9:45 PM | link to this | reply

More fun to keep him in suspense and miserable. Where's my Key Lime pie. It's like 100 degrees outside with Ivan so close. I'm too hot and need cooling off. shadow

posted by Keshet on September 13, 2004 at 9:40 PM | link to this | reply

Nope, definitely don't want to do that. He'd enjoy it too much. hee hee shadow

Lemon Meringue or coconut cream or both

shadow,
yes, hit the mark, not hit mark's ass.

posted by Julia. on September 13, 2004 at 9:34 PM | link to this | reply

Hollee, chocolate cream for me.
what about you??

posted by Julia. on September 13, 2004 at 9:34 PM | link to this | reply

Hey, you said hit the mark, not me. Yeah, pie sounds good. Key Lime pie. Why not, I live in the tropics at least for a few days more. shadow

posted by Keshet on September 13, 2004 at 9:30 PM | link to this | reply

yum - Pie sounds good right now. Ariala - wake up dammit!!!!!

posted by Hollee on September 13, 2004 at 9:25 PM | link to this | reply

Shadow,
I didn't say anything about hitting Mark's ass. Gads, get your mind out of the gutter, woman!

posted by Julia. on September 13, 2004 at 9:25 PM | link to this | reply

Hollee, LOL.
Isn't it?? Hey we better be good, she's not here to fight back with the cream pies.

RachelA,
Yeah, it's no fun to be serious all the time. Goofy is good. So is Mickey. And Pluto.

posted by Julia. on September 13, 2004 at 9:22 PM | link to this | reply

Anyway its more fun to watch it move while he's walking in front of you. shadow

posted by Keshet on September 13, 2004 at 9:22 PM | link to this | reply

Quirk!!!

Oh, please don't hit Sir Mark's tush, he would enjoy that too much. shadow

posted by Keshet on September 13, 2004 at 9:17 PM | link to this | reply

Thank gawd - it's awful having Ariala's ass thrown up in one's face all the
freakin' time.

posted by Hollee on September 13, 2004 at 9:15 PM | link to this | reply

shadow,
it's all metaphorical anyway. Like a lot of my stuff, it was intended to be funny. Sometimes I hit the mark, sometimes I don't (no pun intended).

posted by Julia. on September 13, 2004 at 9:14 PM | link to this | reply

Hollee, lol,
Okay, since you begged me, I'll stop writing about Ariala's ass.

posted by Julia. on September 13, 2004 at 9:11 PM | link to this | reply

I write about I want, too..

Sometimes I write serious stuff, sometimes goofy.  Depends on my mood, I suppose!  I like all your stuff!

posted by RachelAnna on September 13, 2004 at 8:57 PM | link to this | reply

Quirk,

Personally I don't see anything wrong with Ariala's ass at the present time, but then I haven't really looked, I prefer guys myself. Now if it were mark2556 showing his I'd be first in line. Nor do I see anything wrong with your work and wanting to have people read what you post. shadow
