HolyG, I sure hope your old cuddly Montana will keep
my Brittany company 'til I get there!

Thanks, Evangeline, I appreciate that. I know, it's hard to let go
of a family member; human or animal. I think all pet owners seems to have one or two "special" ones that just grab a hold of our hearts and never let go. We all love all of our pets, but that chosen one or two just hit harder than ever when they pass away. I am taking advantage of every single day I have left with my "pony" I'm not ready (I never will be) to let go and she isn't yet ready to leave; thank God. Not much time left, but still...

I couldn't see the pics, but I have seen the one of her by the pool.  I wish I could hug her. She reminds me of my big, old cuddly Montana. I'm glad she's not in pain.

Our Brucie
When our dog Bruce finally became so crippled with arthritis that he couldn't stand, we had to put him down.  It was awful.  It was like losing a family member. I still love that dog. No other dog can compare.  I feel for you--

Thanks, Symphony. I really appreciate that.
Oh, and I'm aware the photos aren't coming through...not sure why yet. I do have a pic of her here if you want to see her. (I also provided links on this blog by the pics in case the pics didn't come through.)  Thank you so much for thinking of us and caring too.

Spitfire,

At least she is not suffering at the moment and at least she and you did not have to face Charley. Oh, I'd love to see a picture of her, but by the time I get to posts, I can't access. shadow
