just this morning I was rumaging through a pile of stuff and came across a couple of hugs that I had forgotten about. I couldn't decide what to do with them since I haven't had much use for hugs here lately, but now I can give them to you.

Symphony, you probably won't get a good night's sleep....
unless you make peace with yourself. You've got to forgive yourself for being angry--sometimes anger is necessary, but don't hang on to it. Let it go and love yourself.

I know some of what you're going through - I've lived with alcoholics before. Have you thought of contacting Al-Anon? You need a support system right now, and it doesn't sound like you have one. You may need help staging an intervention.
