Everyone needs one of those days every now and again. Don't beat yourself up, you've been through the wringer lately. I hope you know that everything will turn out okay, be strong.
And to answer your question - I don't drink much anymore, but when I did it Bacardi Limon and Coke. The drink I had to avoid was Tequila and beer - separately I'm fine together - I'll start a fight with anyone (a stranger) over anything!

In answer to your question
these days I drink so little I probably can get tanked up on cough syrup. In the old days I used to make a screwdriver (Absolut -- no substitutes) so smooth you almost couldn't taste the vodka -- but you felt it in about half an hour. Never could stand grain alcohol, and hate the taste of rum. My wife had to swear of tequilla after her 31st birthday party got out of hand.
I've been to the Jack Danile distillery -- fine trip but no free samples! The county it's made in is "dry" -- that means no liquor can be bought or sold. the distillery has a permit to manufacture it, but must ship it across the county lines to sell! Love that Bible Belt! I'll be sure to bring up a bottle or two if I'm in London anytime soon.

Occasionally, we relax. I don't think your blogs are about depressing subjects. There are plenty of fun posts. They're your journals on life. When you feel better, you'll realize that you've come a long way with your journals and observations in life. I posted the chocolate cake recipe in my photoblog-food. Its very easy to bake. Hope you'll like it.

Symphony,
Sorry, you are right I'm in a bad mood. I apologize to you for the rude comment. It's been one of those weeks that I'd like to forget for sure. Especially, yesterday. Please accept my apologies. I will put a lock on my negative tongue.

that was a very negative comment when I was just kidding, something tells me you are not in the best of moods, and believe me , we have simular backgrounds, my dad is an alcoholic and he will never change, I am not a alcholic but I do like a drink now again.
you seem very touchy so I leave it there...............take care

Symphony,
Actually, no I'm not an alcoholic. I can go years without the stuff. Just have certain days where I will get wiggle and drink. My parents were both alcoholics and that was a negative for me. Shadow

Symphony,
I forgot, I am allergic to rum and tequilla is also not a favorite. I spent 3 months in Mexico City and that's all I drank. Shadow

Symphony,
Damn you said the right hard alcohol for me. Volka. I mostly drink Mic Light when I drink. Hate Jack Daniels and where does Jack originate from? About forty miles from where I live! I rarely drink anymore, but I might just join you today in celebration and forget my woes. Chin up girl, it will get better, though I know you are sick and tired of hearing this. I am also sick of hearing the same thing. Oh yeah, a nice red wine also is on my list of favorites. Shadow

I love Tequila. But usually, it breaks me out in angry red blotches.
