Way To Go JEFF!!!
Too bad more people don't stand up for themselves... Verizon definitely raked me over the coals for a hundred and 49 minutes over my allotment RIGHT AFTER I got laid off from my job... so $128.00 bill I guess will be paid, as I knew it was 45 cents per minute over.... problem is I did not know that my billing went from the end of the first week of the month till the next... Guess I should have read the bill-- oh well. STUPID (can't get images for some reason, so picture the hammer hitting head here!~)

GREAT POST AND GOOD FOR YOU! :)

Not worried about
that Tamara. If they try to give me a bad mark on my credit, I'll get it removed.

And when they send it to collections, it's your credit.

Good for you!
Stand your ground.  When I moved from MA to FL they told me they couldn't give me the same rate I had. I'm a sucker though. I paid the $175 cancellation rate.  They billed me for an extra month as well.
