I wish I knew. But they do it at all hours of the night and day. Stereo too loud is just one thing (on that rap shit that is insanely degrading to women).
But it sounds as if they also hold wrestling matches up there, drop money on the floor in betting matches, bounce balls playing either basketball or golf . . . or both, etc. They also have no carpeting, so the sounds come through my ceiling loud and clear. I can even hear their conversations sometimes. Though their talking is often drowned out by my immediate next-door neighbor's talking. Now she's a loud talker!
