- Go to It Just Makes Me Want To Puke
T99, thanks for the great link
My gallbladder isn't functioning correctly because I don't have one. It shut down on me years ago. No stones, it just stopped functioning.

Weird vomiting thing
I know several years before I was diagnosed with gall bladder issues, I went through a period of two years where I would puke at the drop of a hat. My stomach would be fine.....then definite *not* fine. I'd puke, and I'd go back to being fine.
Tests showed *nothing* - sometimes my liver enzymes would slightly high, but that's all. Doctors told me it was probably a duodonal ulcer even though it wasn't showing up on sonograms. It then stopped for about two years.....then when it picked up again, it was much clearer, and I was diagnosed with gall stones. My gall bladder was removed, and I haven't had problems in almost ten years.
Try the exercise on an empty stomach and see if that helps. It was food that triggered it, and it was foods that contributed to high cholesterol usually. If your gall bladder isn't performing properly, it is probably taking you longer to digest - when you exercise, you don't get enough blood flow where it needs to be because your body is still trying to digest.
Garlic and cayenne are good to use. Garlic is a blood cleanser (alterative) which helps to clear toxins out of the body. In herb-speak, most illnesses are caused by some form of toxicity, so garlic is a natural cure-all. Cayenne is a rubifacient - meaning it draws the blood to the area applied. By eating it, you're calling blood to the digestive system as it passes through.
