It is easy to maintain your diet while wearing a bikini in the sun. The reminders are so very present that you do not want to order a strawberry banana smoothie right with the kids. One sure fire way for me to lose weight- having a sore throat. It hurts to swallow. I had the best weekend. My daughter is as she calls it "trying being Vegetarian". I don't eat beef or pork but making an extra meal for her is a challenge. Have been able to keep the weight off without any diet program. Spent the last week doing the eat everything in site diet, just like when I was nineteen.
