Its been over 2 years but I am closing on my house today. I thought I had it sold 5 years ago. I was owner financing for the sister of one of Blake's friends. Contract expires and they would not sign another giving them 3 months to get a loan. I found out her boyfriend who was buying it with her had been in jail.
