Self Aware

People walk back and forth. Work to home, a circle of sorts. Heads down, mesmerized with below. We only speak to those we know. A world of anger misdirected. Blame those who we think led. Never look at ourselves, instead. All inward, it begins in our heads. We’re afraid to stay, too tired to leave. Residing in the webs that we weave. Meant to protect, keep us from hurt.
