We are all confused this week. We have literally been grabbing whatever we can find in the fridge that is quick so that we can carry on with our home updates. I could eat Mexican food 3 to 4 days a week. We are headed out to celebrate our grandson's eleventh birthday this afternoon. I am always happy when there is cake involved in any celebration. I can't believe just how fast time has flown by.
