Even Though I'm A Western Pennsylvania Transplant, This Makes Me Gag!
I simply cannot stomach runny eggs. I like my eggs scrambled and completely cooked through, but it is a Western Pennsylvania thing to eat eggs that run off of the plate with a side of toast to sop the runny yolk up, leaving a clean plate behind.
