Is it legal for a school to do this?

This is so unfair! What are your thoughts? My daughter was searched and the teachers found the $100 I gave her. The staff claims it was for drugs. They will not give it back till the end of the month. Is this legal? Give me advice, what would you do? Sign in to see full entry.
