ARE YOU A CRISIS ADDICT? ARE YOU AN ADRENILIN ADDICT?

STOP THE MADNESS for your sanity. Repeat this. Just say no. It is okay to say no and lose the guilt. Do less, and do it better. Take care of yourself or you are no good for anyone else.
