If you go to Makati, ask around for the ancient Guadalupe Church. People will point you to Guadalupe-Viejo. A hundred or so years ago, Chinese tradesmen from Manila would come here with their boats via the once beautiful Pasig river and sell their wares by the stone steps that led to the Augustinian...
