It just never ends, at the end of the hearing the dad's attorney asked for a placement hearing for Piggens, which is just crazy. Charlie is claiming that Aunt Joyce is unfit to keep Piggens. His biggest claim is that Piggens was hurt under her care. Well the only time he was hurt was when a plastic hand held spinner helicopter came back at him and hit his face.
