Thursday, November 16, 2006Tomorrow is pay day but today is weigh dayI weighed in this morning and I have lost 2 more pounds. I'm at 206, just outside my previous normal range. I bounced around between 201 and 205 for nearly two years. If I wouldn't have put on the extra 6 pounds just before starting this plan, I would be at 200. I try not to think about that and...
