Saturday, September 23, 2006Well it's Saturday.That means not a whole lot of sleep. I'm going to end up taking a nap so I can do it again tonight. I've kind of fallen off the wagon this week with the exercise. My diet is going okay except for today. I haven't eaten the wrong foods. I haven't eaten any foods. I woke up just in time to teach...
